Support
When something breaks
One mailbox, read by one person. There is no ticket system and no promised response time — so this page starts with what you can do on your own machine first.
Write to us
One address. We read everything, but we will not promise how fast we reply — a promise we cannot keep is worse than no promise.
Four things that make it much faster:
- Your Revit version and your FLOW version. Control Center shows both.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- The exact wording of the error, copied out or screenshotted.
- Whether it broke once or breaks every time.

The support bundle — make one first
Control Center packages the state we need to read a failure, and that package does not go anywhere on its own.
Open Control Center.
Go to "Update & support".
Press "Create support bundle" — it gives you a file path.
Control Center says both of these itself, word for word:
Describe what happened. No logs are attached automatically.
Support bundles are redacted and remain on this computer until you choose to share them.
Which means nothing leaves your machine until you attach that file to an email yourself. We cannot collect anything remotely, so if you do not send it, we do not have it.
Where FLOW keeps things on your machine
Five folders, all inside your own Windows user profile. You can read them, back them up, and delete them.
- %APPDATA%\765T Flow\
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\765T Flow\Runtime\
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\765T Flow\Logs\
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\765T Flow\RevitConnector\
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\765T Flow\Updates\
Logs are kept for 7 days and capped at 200 MB before they are cleaned up. Runtime state is kept for 7 days, warns at 1.6 GB, and blocks new background work at 2 GB.
Windows blocks the installer
This will happen, and it is not your fault: the build is not code-signed yet, so Windows does not know who we are. The download page explains why, with the steps and the SHA-256 you can use to check the file arrived intact.
What we do not have
Said up front, so you are not waiting for something that does not exist.
- No ticket system, no support portal, no live chat. Email only.
- No promised response time. This is Early Access and we are not pretending otherwise.
- No remote telemetry. We cannot see your machine, so we cannot notice your problem on our own — you have to tell us.
