Agreement
These website terms and the 765T Flow End User License Agreement (EULA) together govern access to the site, accounts, and installed software. The EULA controls if they conflict. The publisher is the 765T Flow publisher.

Accounts and activation
During Early Access the product is provided without a charge. An account, a completed profile, and a device activation are the intended steps before a machine is entitled. Early Access is not a promise about later pricing.
An entitlement is designed as a signed statement valid for thirty days and refreshed about every seven days. At most two machines may be bound to one account. A session lock is intended to prevent the same account from running two extra copies at once. If the licensing service cannot be reached, an already-activated session is intended to stay usable; that does not widen the entitled surface.
Your models
You keep all rights to Revit models and outputs. The software runs locally and does not transmit model content to the publisher. Content you send to a third-party AI client or LLM provider is governed by that party.
Community contributions
You keep ownership of text and images you post. You grant the publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, resize, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate the 765T Flow Community. You may request removal of your own contribution; cached copies and moderation records can remain for a limited period.
Do not post confidential project material, personal data you do not have permission to share, malware, spam, harassment, or content that infringes another person's rights. The publisher may hide or remove content and restrict accounts to protect users or comply with law. Reports are reviewed by the Owner; a report is not an automatic finding against its author.
Acceptable use
You may not circumvent entitlement checks, share an entitlement or device token, farm machine identifiers, abuse Community rate limits or reporting, impersonate another person, or use the software to build a competing product. You are responsible for reviewing every model change before relying on it.
No warranty
The software and site are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The publisher is not liable for lost models, lost profits, or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
