1.0.5

A fix release — the Control Center can now install the updates it downloads, the installer drops internal templates it never needed, the update channel refuses a replayed older update offer, and the account sign-up endpoint gains abuse protection.

This build carries no code-signing certificate, so Windows warns you the first time you run the installer. The download page shows you which warning to expect and how to get past it.

Fixed

  • The Control Center no longer refuses to start an update it has already downloaded — an internal path check failed every in-app update before the updater could launch. Updates offered from this build install; if you are on an earlier build, take this one from the download page and updates work again from here.
  • The installer no longer ships the internal plugin and deployment templates — the customer payload is 16 files smaller with no change to anything you use.
  • The update channel's anti-rollback counter is now enforced when an update is verified: a replayed older signed offer is refused instead of accepted.
  • The account sign-up endpoint applies a per-IP rate limit that fails closed, so abuse cannot flood registrations.
