Windows blocks files downloaded from the Internet by default — that is its own security mechanism, not a problem with the installer. This build carries no digital signature yet, so the first run asks you to confirm; the download page shows what to expect and how to get past it.

- flow_list_instances reports each running instance's Revit year, so an app can pick the right instance without a probe call.
- batch_execute_safe gains on_step_failure to control what happens when one step of a batch fails, and batch steps can now read and export.
- document_close_non_active accepts discard_modified to close a modified non-active document without saving, and its answer says what was discarded.
- The server rotates the refresh token at each sign-in refresh, and the connector and Control Center save the rotated token, so a long session stays signed in.
- rebar_create_abutment_footing_safe is retired; the beam and column reinforcement cage tools cover its cases.
Fixed
- When a mutation's readback verification fails, the change is rolled back inside its checkpoint and the answer names the verification failure instead of reporting success.
- wall_create_finish_safe isolates each wall segment and gives a typed reason when auto-height sampling fails on one segment.
- rebar_create_area_reinforcement_safe refuses a non-structural host in a dry run the same way execute does.
