Windows blocks files downloaded from the Internet by default — that is its own security mechanism, not a problem with the installer. This build carries no digital signature yet, so the first run asks you to confirm; the download page shows what to expect and how to get past it.

- Thirteen new tools: cable_tray_route_safe, conduit_route_safe, duct_route_safe, fitting_insert_safe and route_read for MEP routing; curtain_grid_create_safe, reference_plane_create_safe, sweep_create_project_safe, wall_create_arc_safe and type_set_compound_structure_safe for authoring; material_create_project_safe and material_duplicate_safe for project materials; and model_query - the one parameterized query, combining scope, categories, class names, name predicates, levels, a spatial predicate, parameter filters and topology in a single call.

- Twelve older tools are retired, each with a named replacement: command_search, command_describe and command_execute_safe give way to flow_find, flow_tools and flow_call; element_query, query_quick_filter, query_parameter_filter, query_multi_category, query_element_count, query_spatial_prescreen, query_logical_compound and model_query_spatial are all covered by model_query; workflow_quick_plan is covered by flow_find.
